Why should I rent your apartment and not a Hotel room?

Deluxe oceanview hotel rooms in Rio are about the same price as our apartment, except they are based upon double occupancy, are much smaller, do not have kitchens, and do not provide the level of luxury or amenities our apartment does. Also, at most Hotels in Rio you cannot entertain friends in your Hotel room.
