Do you have a parking space if I rent a car?

No, we do not have a dedicated parking space, however it is always possible to find parking on Avenida Atlantic in front of our condo or very near for only a few Reais a day.  If garage parking is necessary we may be able to arrange this for a separate fee through our on-site manager.
