We are located between Rua Xavier da Silveira and Rua Bolivar by Posto 5 towards the Ipanema end of Copacabana just a short walk to Forte Copacabana, Arpoador and Ipanema. Nearby notable landmarks include the Rio Othon Palace Hotel and the world famous Help Disco. You can find many wonderful small juice stands, coffee houses, restaurants, and other shops just steps away from our apartment.
Two of our personal favorite restaurants are Monaco Seafood on Rua Miguel Lemos just two blocks away and the famous Belmonte restaurant, just up the street from us on Rua Bolivar. We love the shrimp risotto at Monaco and the Cuban chicken at Belmonte. The Cuba libres and caipirinhas are great everywhere – especially while relaxing on the beach!
