The apartment has been featured in a number of architectural magazines over the years and in 2006 has been completely renovated with central air-conditioning in the bedroom wing, as well as all the modern appurtenances of luxury accommodations. The floor plan consists of approximately 2000 square feet of exquisitely decorated living areas, including approximately 80 linear feet of direct ocean front views from the living room, dining room, and two of the three bedrooms. The flooring is mostly rose onyx and Brazilian mahogany. Much of the furnishings are crafted of solid Brazilian imbuia wood. All beds have quality pillow top mattresses and comfortable pillows. The two main bathrooms feature bidets and recently remodeled showers with constant flow gas hot water heater. There are custom-made draperies and newly installed custom lighting systems throughout. The kitchen is fully equipped, including new stainless steel appliances, dishware & everything you need to prepare a meal, or have a private chef prepare one for you. Every weekend an “art walk” of various vendors sets up on the median in front of our building and offers a wonderful selection of art from canvass to sculpture.
